Alone, this instance should not be a big problem.
The bosses drop ice seals, which you need to make the 60 clan weapon. The other mobs drop trefa stones, simple jewels, leather and quartz pieces. All other loot can simply be sold.
Tip: If you mainly need the ice seals, you should limit yourself to the end boss. If you have quite good equipment from Liti, you should simply stack 5 rice wine and run through it, hit the boss and get out. And then repeat the whole thing until either the fatigue is used up or you have enough ice seals together.
